Job Description  Gather Business Requirements: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document HR and system requirements.  Identify System Gaps: Analyze business requirements and identify gaps between those requirements and the existing Workday functionalities, proposing effective solutions.  System Configuration: Lead the configuration or reconfiguration of Workday to meet business needs, ensuring the system is optimized for HR processes. Test Case Definition: Develop and oversee the creation of test cases for Workday solutions to ensure system functionalities meet business expectations.  Testing and Deployment: Lead the testing and deployment of Workday solutions into production environments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and high system quality.  Issue Troubleshooting: Take the lead in troubleshooting and resolving issues in the Workday production environment, ensuring system stability and functionality.
