Job Description
Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination. Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and referrals. Administrative tasks related to recruitment, including: Converting and formatting candidate CVs to company templates. Preparing and collecting documents required for recruitment-related payments and vendor coordination. Assisting with filing, document management, and maintaining recruitment records. Update and maintain candidate data and job requisitions. Assist in employer branding activities such as recruitment events, social media content, and internal campaigns. Qualifications Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interest in recruitment, HR. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Good English communication skills (if have).
