The right candidate will help us develop our recruiting best practices and ensure every candidate has a world-class experience.What You’ll Do: Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System Schedule and perform phone screens Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy Assist in building an event calendar, including career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysisWhat We Look For: Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development Interest in startups Hard-working, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and a can-do attitude!About You: You have relentlessly high standards - many people may think your standards are unreasonably high.
