Key Responsibilities:Assist in recruitment, shortlisting, and onboarding activities.Support employee record management and documentation.Help organize employee engagement and training initiatives.Maintain HR databases and update employee information.Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HR team.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
