As an HR Intern at IPSIP, you will work closely with and be mentored by our Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is ideal for university students and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employer branding in the tech industry. You will gain real exposure to the hiring process, company culture, and HR activities.Location: Sala Residential Area, HCMCWhat You’ll Do1. ​​Recruitment Support (Main Focus)Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to understand hiring needs and job requirements from technical managers and leaders. Support in creating or updating job descriptions under guidance. Assist in sourcing potential candidates using various platforms and techniques. Build and update candidate pipelines.Conduct initial screening (CV screening, basic calls) and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires smoothly integrate into the team.2. HR Engagement and Employer Branding: Support organizing internal activities such as employee recognition, birthdays, and company events.Assist in creating social media posts, internal communication messages, and HR/EB event coordination.3.
