By continuously exploring new technologies in robotics, AI, and smart vision, we help businesses across Southeast Asia modernize their operations and achieve measurable results.Our mission is to make automation accessible by combining engineering expertise, innovative technology, and strong vendor partnershipsRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site internship for an HR Intern, based in Singapore (Yishun).You will work closely with the management team to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities as LUKK expands its robotics and automation divisions across Singapore, Malaysia, and India.This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on exposure to HR processes in a dynamic startup environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Support preparation of employment letters, contracts, and HR policies.Help organize team engagement activities and internal communication.Assist in HR analytics and payroll support when needed.Work closely with the Director and General Manager on HR compliance and reportingWho we are looking forPursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.Strong organizational and communication skills.Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn HR systems and procedures.Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, or HR software is an advantage.Able to work independently in a startup environment.Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong sense of ownership.What We OfferAllowance: SGD 800 – 1,200 per month5-day work week Work week: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Yishun office)Hands-on exposure to HR operations in a growing robotics startup.Mentorship from senior management and opportunity to convert to a full-time role.Certificate of Completion upon successful internship.Fun, collaborative, and fast-paced work culture.About Our CultureWe are a young and agile team of engineers and innovators.Every team member is encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas, and explore new technologies.You will work closely with the management and technical divisions — giving you a direct role in the company’s growth.Join UsIf you are passionate about people, organization, and helping build high-performing tech teams, this is your opportunity to gain real HR experience in the fast-growing robotics and automation sector.Apply now and help us build smarter, faster, and more connected industrial systems.
