Our commitment to the planet, to our Maisons, and to our employees is what we believe in and makes us different.As an HR Intern, you will actively support different initiatives across the Human Resources department, contributing to key projects related to onboarding, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), internal communications, corporate learning, and employee engagement. This position provides hands-on experience in strategic HR processes within a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and cross-department communication. Participate in the design and implementation of employee satisfaction surveys (30, 60, 90 days) to evaluate integration and engagement. Assist in organizing corporate events, trainings, and wellbeing initiatives aligned with company values. Contribute to HR communication strategies and internal content management. Maintain HR systems by updating employee data, monitoring training completion, and generating monthly reports. Collaborate on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through research, partnerships, and awareness campaigns. Support audits and compliance processes related to HR policies and labor standards (e.g., NOM-035). Participate in leadership development and storytelling projects for commercial teams. Assist in recruitment processes, including candidate follow-ups and interview coordination. ProfileCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Strong interest in corporate HR, employee experience, and DE&I initiatives. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools/platforms. Intermediate to advanced English level.
