About the Role:We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews — and is ideal for someone interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.Key Responsibilities:Support the TA team in sourcing candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and social media.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication with candidates.Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracker or ATS.Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms.Assist in managing candidate engagement and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.Support in employer branding activities when required.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in progress or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or recruitment tools.Enthusiasm to learn about recruitment processes and candidate management.What You’ll Gain:Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and candidate sourcing.Understanding of recruitment workflows and stakeholder management.Opportunity to work with experienced TA professionals.Internship certificate and potential for a full-time role based on performance.
