We provide tailored solutions that address unique business needs, leveraging our local expertise to drive measurable outcomes.Position Title: Human Resource & Administration InternLocation: HanoiPosition Overview:The HR & Administration Intern supports day-to-day HR and office operations across recruitment, employee records, office administration, procurement, and logistics. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR practices and office management while contributing to an efficient, compliant workplace.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.• HR Records Management: Help maintain and organize personnel files, ensuring all employee records are up-to-date and in compliance with organizational policies.• Employee Relations: Assist in coordinating employee welfare activities and initiatives, such as team-building events and training programs.• Office Administration: Provide general administrative support, such as organizing office supplies, answering phones, managing office correspondence, and ensuring a well-maintained office environment.• Procurement: Assist in the procurement process by preparing purchase requests, gathering supplier quotations, and ensuring all procurement activities adhere to organizational policies.• Logistics and Event Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of internal meetings, events, and workshops, including booking venues, managing supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.• Onboarding and Induction: Assist in preparing induction materials for new employees and interns, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.• Compliance: Support the HR team in ensuring that all processes comply with labour laws and organizational policies. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS • Basic understanding of HR functions and office administration.• Strong interest in HR, administration, and office management.• Prior experience in office management or HR support is an advantage but not required.• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.WHY JOIN SLINER INTERNTATIONAL • Learn the basics of office administration, procurement, and logistics.• Develop skills in organizing and managing personnel records and compliance.• Build knowledge of event coordination and logistics management.• Progress from intern to full-time, with a clear route to HR Manager for top performers.• Collaborate with a highly skilled and diverse team in a dynamic consulting environment.• Gain exposure to a wide range of industries and clients across Southeast Asia and beyond.• Opportunities for personal and professional growth in an expanding international company.• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Be a part of a company that plays a key role in helping businesses succeed on a global scale.How to Apply: Interested candidates should send their CV and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience to giang.nh@sliner.sg with the subject line “Human Resource Intern Application". IndustryBusiness Consulting and Services Employment type:Full-time
