We believe in building diverse, empowered, and collaborative teams who work together to deliver real impact across the continent.About the RoleAs Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading all HR activities within Mozambique - from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and performance management. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, and supporting the continuous development of our people and culture. You will:Lead the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with the local Leadership Team and the People & Culture Director.Oversee onboarding and orientation for all new employees, ensuring a smooth and engaging start.Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on company policies, employee relations, and labour law compliance.Support the implementation of performance management processes and development plans.Coordinate salary and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.Ensure compliance with Mozambican labour law and company HR policies, liaising with local authorities where required.Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture across teams and departments.Support the rollout of company-wide HR initiatives, training, and engagement programmes.This is a highly people-focused role in a fast-paced and growing organisation.
