Cana Consulting is partnering with a leading Global Conglomerate in seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to drive the expansion of the firm. Recruitment & OnboardingManage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, from initial sourcing and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent, particularly for technical/specialized roles.Conduct comprehensive new employee orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience, including all necessary documentation and system setup.2. Compensation & PayrollAdminister the monthly payroll process accurately and on time, working closely with Finance and/or external vendors.Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, leave administration, claims processing).Ensure accurate and compliant submission of statutory contributions (e.g., CPF, taxes/IR8A) and maintain updated compensation data.3. Employee Relations & ComplianceServe as the first point of contact for all employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.Manage employee disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policy and labor law.Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and organizational charts, guaranteeing data accuracy and confidentiality.4. Performance & AdministrationCoordinate the annual performance review cycle and support managers in setting objectives and delivering feedback.Draft and issue all HR-related documentation, including contracts, variations, confirmation letters, and termination letters.Manage the off-boarding process, including exit interviews and final settlement calculations.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of progressive experience in a hands-on, HR Generalist roleA strong command of Singapore's labour laws and employment regulations.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage a heavy workload and competing priorities.Due to the volume of applicants, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.EA Lic: 24S2202 | CEI Reg: R22107740
