About us:Changan Auto Europe is expanding its operations across Europe and establishing a key base in Munich, Germany. As the Human Resources Manager – Europe, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading the company’s HR functions across multiple European entities, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition.This role is instrumental in shaping Changan’s European organization by attracting top talent, developing people strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient HR operations that align with global corporate standards. Working closely with Changan Europe Headquarters, you will establish HR structures, policies, and practices that support the company’s ambitious growth plans across the continent.Requirements:Lead end-to-end recruitment across all European entities—defining hiring needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top professionals in both technical and commercial roles using job boards, agencies, and direct sourcing.Establish and oversee HR policies, systems, and procedures across all EU operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and alignment with Changan’s corporate guidelines.Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR operations across multiple countries, maintaining a positive and compliant working environment.Oversee and manage payroll administration for the EU entity, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local tax, social security, and labor regulations. Prepare and manage the annual HR budget, including headcount, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and engagement initiatives.Lead workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and compensation benchmarking to support strategic business growth.Champion employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives across all European offices.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within a multinational or automotive organization.Strong experience in recruitment, training, and talent development across diverse cultural environments.A genuine passion for recruitment, talent growth, and creating a positive employee experience across international teams.Proficient understanding of EU and German labor laws and HR compliance requirements.Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-growing, start-up environment.Fluent in English and German; proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.
