Human Resources Manager

For one of our clients, we are currently looking a HR Manager who will bring expertise, energy, and a strategic mindset to support the growth and development of their organization. *More information about the client will be shared during the selection process.Key Responsibilities:• Preparation and execution of recruitment and selection processes• Planning and execution of onboarding and offboarding processes• Handling disciplinary processes and making decisions on measures or termination of employment• Resolving conflict situations• Creation of job systematization, organizational charts, and job descriptions• Participation in workforce capacity assessment and employment planning• Training and development of employees (upskilling and reskilling)• Organizing and monitoring annual reviews and establishing annual employee evaluations in coordination with team managers• Talent management and developing talent retention strategies through conducting exit interviews, analyzing, and proactively responding to employee feedback• Planning and execution of employer branding strategy• Creating questionnaires and implementing employee satisfaction surveys• Monitoring existing organizational culture, identifying deviations from desired culture, and taking measures to implement necessary changes• Practicing agile Management in HR, adapting to new trends, and optimizing HR processes• Leading and coordinating the HR teamQualifications:• Minimum 3 years of experience Proficiency in English language is mandatory (German language is a plus)• University degree in HR, Psychology, business, or related fields• Proven work experience in the same or similar positions• Good understanding of HR operations and HR practices• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills• Excellent problem-solving skills and time managementWhat we offer you:The opportunity to proactively shape the future of a new companyTeam activities within and outside our office25 days of paid vacation Private health insuranceHybrid model of work
