Overview: The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources responsibilities and serve as a strategic partner to the organization. This role is key to driving HR initiatives that support business goals, with a strong focus on automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experienceDrive performance management and provide actionable feedback to enhance employee developmentManage payroll and employee benefits with accuracy and efficiencyDevelop and implement HR policies, programs, and practices aligned with organizational goalsSupport digital transformation initiatives within HR operationsPartner with leadership to identify and execute talent strategies that support business growthQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of progressive HR experienceProven success in talent acquisition and strategy improvementExperience in training and developing managers and employeesStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and sound judgmentFamiliarity with HR digital tools and systems is a plus
