Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our Hortigenetic Research (HGR) facility in Chiang Mai, Thailand. In this role, you will be a key partner in driving HR strategies and initiatives to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent. You will lead and oversee all HR operations, employee support, and administrative services across both office and farm teams. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our people and our business growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract the right talents for HGROversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hiresIdentify capability gaps and recommend learning and development programsPlan and manage the annual learning and development calendar and budgetSupport managers in creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key talentsImplement and manage the performance management system, including goal setting and reviewsCoach managers on performance improvement plans and employee developmentAdvise on organization structure and support organizational design for optimal performanceManage employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiativesProvide inputs on compensation and benefits to ensure market competitivenessEnsure compliance with local labor laws and statutory reporting requirementsOversee HR operations and administrative services for office and farm facilitiesKey Requirements:Minimum 8–10 years of experience in end-to-end HR management, preferably in a multinational companyProven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee developmentExperience in HRIS deployment and managementStrong knowledge of local labor laws and regulationsStrong leadership, collaboration, and communication skillsStrategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives to business goalsGlobal mindset with the ability to lead and work effectively in an international environmentFluent in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication in a global workplaceWhy Join Us?East-West Seed is a global vegetable seed business dedicated to empowering smallholder farmers with high-quality seeds and agronomic knowledge.
