HR OfficerKey Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals. • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding. • Design and oversee HR operations including contracts, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. • Conduct and monitor performance reviews and set KPIs in collaboration with department heads. • Provide HR guidance and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. • Drive employee engagement initiatives and enhance workplace satisfaction. • Prepare monthly HR reports for management on recruitment, performance, and retention. • Support management in organizational planning and policy improvement.Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. • 2–3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment. • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and Iraqi labor regulations. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR management systems. • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken). • Leadership, integrity, and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • A proactive mindset with a passion for building company culture and supporting people.⸻2. HR AssistantKey Responsibilities: • Support the HR Officer in all daily HR and administrative tasks. • Post job openings, screen CVs, and coordinate interviews. • Prepare employee files and maintain accurate HR databases. • Assist in drafting contracts, letters, and regular HR reports. • Monitor attendance, leave requests, and maintain organized records. • Help organize onboarding sessions and employee engagement activities. • Coordinate with different departments to fulfill their HR needs. • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data.Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • 0–1 year of experience or internship in HR (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency in English, Arabic, and computer tools (MS Office / Google Workspace). • High accuracy, responsibility, and willingness to learn and grow within a professional team.⸻To Apply:Send your updated CV to abdulla@hareerapp.comPlease mention the job title in the email subject line:“HR Officer – Hareer App” or “HR Assistant – Hareer App”Employment Type: Full-timeWork Environment: Professional, youthful, and innovation-driven
