While HR focuses on managing our relationship with employees, our culture management team focuses on fostering heartfelt connections between employees and the company.ResponsibilitiesTake charge of day-to-day HR operations for the KPay Group, embracing our fast-paced startup culture.Oversee end-to-end payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across all entities.Play a pivotal role in transforming our HR function and driving continuous improvement within the organization.Collaborate with other members of the People Team to shape the company’s overall people strategy.Manage HR matters independently — from developing innovative ideas to executing and reviewing them.Partner closely with a dynamic, international group of stakeholders and contribute as an integral member of the team.RequirementsAt least 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.Strong working knowledge of payroll operations, including statutory compliance, benefits administration, and coordination with finance teams.Solid foundation across all HR areas — operations, systems, rewards and benefits, talent management, and employee relations — with a good understanding of local employment practices.Strong personal presence and credibility, with excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Solution-oriented mindset and ability to build strong relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams.Flexible, motivated, and comfortable operating in a multicultural, fast-moving environment.Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to work both independently and collaboratively within the team.
