About The RoleThe Human Resources Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the full HR spectrum while driving strategic people initiatives across the organization. In this position, you will work closely with our Global HR Team to ensure consistency, alignment, and excellence across all HR practices, policies, and employee experience initiatives worldwide. This role plays a critical part in shaping our culture, strengthening compliance, and supporting IUX’s rapid growth across Asia.🚀 What You’ll Be Doing: Strategic HR PlanningDevelop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.Work with leadership to ensure HR initiatives drive long-term growth.HR Policy & ComplianceCreate and update HR policies in line with employment laws.Ensure consistent policy application and guide managers when needed.Leadership & Team ManagementLead and support the HR team to deliver strong results.Set clear expectations and promote a collaborative work environment.Talent Acquisition & ManagementManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.Build strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.Employee Relations & EngagementHandle employee issues, conflicts, and investigations professionally.Drive engagement activities, recognition programs, and culture initiatives.Performance ManagementImplement performance frameworks, goal setting, and review processes.Coach managers and employees to improve performance.Training & DevelopmentIdentify learning needs and implement training programs.Partner with teams to support growth and skill development.Compensation & BenefitsOversee salary reviews, incentives, and benefits.Conduct market benchmarking to stay competitive.HR Analytics & DashboardsUse HRIS and analytics tools to track key HR data.Create dashboards (Power BI, Excel, Data Studio, etc.) and provide insights for decision-making.Legal Compliance & Risk ManagementStay updated on labor laws and ensure HR practices comply.Reduce HR risks and work with legal when required.Change ManagementSupport company changes such as restructuring or expansion.Manage communication and engagement to ensure smooth transitions.What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within financial services, brokerage, or fintech environments.Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and champion HR initiatives.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.High ethical standards with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and regulatory landscapes.Why Join IUX?
