JOB TITLE Human Resource ManagerREPORTS TO General Manager / Group HR ManagerDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES Ensure that Company Policies & Procedures are adhered to. Advisory- and- Administrative support for Disciplinary matters Assistance in preparing for and representation at CCMA hearings. Drive required Recruitment process. Induction Guidance and Assistance Employee payroll admin Employee file maintenance Contract, job offer and amendment creation. Drive and aid with Training & Development Monthly Reporting General reports as & when required. Ensure that BCEA is adhered to. Drive and organise Leadership and culture development. Organize and develop External training projects. Administrative dutiesCORECOMPETENCIES Previous lodge HR Management experience Highly organized and detail oriented Excellent Excel and database management skills Assertive and resilient Able to work under pressure. Flexible and adaptable Logical and objectiveThis is a live in role that is bush based.
