You will lead recruitment, engagement, and compliance initiatives that support operational excellence.Experience & Skills·        • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field·        • 5+ years of solid HR experience with strong exposure to all HR facets·        • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills·        • A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, able to work with a range of employees, and drives collective and proactive decision-makingKey Responsibilities·        • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent development programs·        • Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and training initiatives·        • Manage compensation, benefits administration, and HR records·        • Ensure DOLE compliance and labor law alignment, including managing, negotiating, and executing Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)·        • Continuously enhance HR policies and processes based on market standards and business needs
