Job Description

In this role you will be providing complex HR management support to the C-Power Plant based in Lozorno and two assigned SILS in Trnava and Nitra, with the overall headcount of up to 330 employees.Responsibilities:Partner with the local management team on people and organizational topicsPartner with Group & Cluster HR on global HR topics and projects and their implementation on local level Management of employee' life-cycle from hiring and on-boarding; throughout the annual cycle of management of performance (AAR), salary review, learning & development; up to talent management, career planning and employee satisfaction/engagement monitoring and developmentEnsuring the compliance with local laws as well as corporate policies and standards Overseen the HR admin & payroll process and ensure its compliance with the company "Golden Rules" Headcount planning, forecasting and budgeting in line with the forecasted volumes and company objectivesCollecting and analyzing of HR data to calculate the HR KPI´s as well as to provide data-driven advice and challenge leadership to achieve department/plant objectivesLead and develop the local HR team as well as to support the integration of Cluster HR services into the local organizationDrive integration and continuous improvement of HR processes in line with corporate standardsFoster a psychologically safe, collaborative work environmentRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent is a plus).7+ years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment.Experience supporting multiple sites or business units.Proven track record in partnering with management and implementing HR strategies at both local and group/cluster levels.Experience managing the full employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, L&D, talent management, employee engagement, and offboarding).Experience with HR administration, payroll, and compliance with local labor laws.Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.Experience with HR data analysis and reporting (HR KPIs, headcount planning, budgeting).Familiarity with continuous improvement and change management in HR processes.Strong leadership and people management skills; experience leading and developing HR teams.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Analytical and data-driven mindset; able to provide insights and challenge leadership with HR data.Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.Ability to foster a collaborative and psychologically safe work environment.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Knowledge of Slovak or Czech is mandatoryBenefits: Employment stabilityRegular annual salary increase in JulySubsidized hot meals at the workplaceMultisport card for your sports activitiesMonthly “Vitamin Day” with plenty of fruit and vegetablesSummer and Winter bonus, paid in July and DecemberContribution to supplementary pension savings – 3rd pillarCompany events for employees and their family membersContributions from the social fund for birthdays, weddings, childbirth, and other occasions
