ResponsibilitiesAct as the company's primary expert on Thai Labor Law and all associated regulations, ensuring 100% compliance across all HR practices.Independently manage and resolve complex Employee Relations (ER) issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions, utilizing expert-level knowledge to mitigate legal risk.Own the full end-to-end payroll process, ensuring complete accuracy, timely disbursement, and compliance with all Thai statutory requirements (e.g., Social Security, Income Tax, Provident Fund).Oversee all HR administrative functions, including contract management, record keeping, and mandatory government reporting.Develop and manage the HR departmental budget planning, actively monitoring and enforcing budget control to maintain a high level of service while adhering to the cost-effective model.Collaborate with management to align HR service delivery with operational goals.Assist in the localized implementation of Compensation & Benefits programs.QualificationsExperience Level: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager in Thailand.Statutory Expertise: In-depth, current knowledge and proven application of Thai Labor Law, the Labor Protection Act, and relevant Ministerial Regulations, particularly concerning employment termination, working hours, and severance.Functional Mastery: Demonstrated mastery of both Payroll and Employee Relations (ER) within a large or complex organization.Industry Background: Strong preference for a Factory or Manufacturing background where high-volume ER and strict payroll compliance are operational norms.Language: Fluency in Thai (written and verbal) is essential for legal and ER documentation/communication. Proficiency in English is required for reporting and international collaboration.
