Key ObjectivesBuild and operate a transparent, professional and scalable HR systemEnsure timely and sufficient supply of high-quality talent for all departmentsCreate a positive, collaborative and growth-oriented work environmentProvide strategic HR advisory and support to the CEO and Leadership Team on people management 4. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Talent Acquisition & Employer BrandingDevelop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectivesApply the Rule of 3 and SWAN framework throughout the hiring processManage end-to-end recruitment for key positions (Sales, Product, Technical, Administration, Management, etc.)Build and maintain a Talent Pool and recruitment analyticsEnsure an excellent candidate experience and a consistent employer brand imageDevelop and strengthen the company’s employer brand in line with its mission, core values and target culture B. Learning & DevelopmentDevelop the company’s annual training plan and programs (internal and external)Build competency frameworks and career development paths for each position; collaborate with Department Heads to annually restructure job roles based on objectives and employees’ strengthsWork with Department Heads to design development programs for successor pipelines and core talentImplement effective onboarding and offboarding programs C. HR Policies & SystemsDevelop, review and standardize HR policies, SOPs and internal guidelinesManage KPI/OKR systems and performance appraisal processesDevelop incentive schemes tied to objectives and team performanceManage employee records, labor contracts, HR data and related documentsEnsure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, personal income tax and internal regulationsOversee and operate office administration activities: digital office management, general administration and facilities management D. Company Culture & Employee EngagementImplement culture-building activities aligned with SAGOMED’s core valuesOrganize surveys, assessments and initiatives to enhance employee engagement; manage internal events and culture communicationsFoster a positive, collaborative and high-performance work environmentCoordinate internal and external training programs for employees E. HR Operations, Compliance & Risk ManagementHandle employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary proceduresPlan and manage HR and administrative budgets, and optimize costsProvide strategic HR advice to the CEO and Leadership Team 5. Candidate RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.MBA or professional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, CHRM, Talent Development, etc.) are preferred.At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including 5+ years in roles such as HR Manager, Talent Development Manager, or equivalent people-development leadership positions.Preferably with experience in fast-paced industries such as medical devices, healthcare, technology, IT, FMCG, and with extensive hands-on experience in recruitment, training, and culture-building based on modern HR management practices.Strong knowledge of modern HR practices, corporate culture development, competency frameworks, talent development, organizational development, and labor law.Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership, communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent negotiation, coaching and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in English (reading – writing – speaking)Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), HRM tools and AI applicationsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously SWAN Qualities – MandatorySmart: Fast thinker, strong analytical skills, sound decision-makingWork Hard: Disciplined, dedicated, highly responsibleAmbitious: Growth-oriented, driven to develop and achieve moreNice: Kind, respectful, collaborative, with positive energy 6.
