Role Summary/PurposeSuntar is seeking a strategic HR Manager to lead and evolve our end-to-end HR operations. You will be instrumental in building a strong HR foundation that supports organizational growth, enables operational excellence, and fosters a supportive, people-driven culture.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyDrive organizational development and change management initiativesImplement and optimize HR flow for efficient HR operations and reportingDevelop and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-makingManage end-to-end recruitment strategy and selection processFoster a high-performance culture through structured performance management systemsBridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, feedback, and conflict resolutionPromote employee engagement, development, motivation, and retention strategiesPlan and manage training programs based on organizational and individual development needsMaintain compensation structure and benefits program aligned with market benchmarksEnsure legal and regulatory compliance in all HR practices and policiesQualifications / RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 5 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end HR spectrum, preferably as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.Experience in navigating cross-cultural settings across global or regional teams is an advantage.Hands-on experience in HR workflow optimization, succession planning, organizational development, and workforce planningSolid understanding of labor law and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
