Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience with comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws and practices. You will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for local hiringAdminister employee onboarding, orientation, and exit proceduresMaintain and update employee records in compliance with Saudi labor regulationsHandle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actionsProcess payroll and benefits administration in coordination with financeOrganize training and development programsEnsure compliance with all Saudi labor laws and company policiesServe as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiriesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in Saudi ArabiaThorough understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulationsProficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion
