About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced HR Manager (Indonesia) to lead our local HR operations and support our fast-growing team. This role will partner with our Regional HR and Country Leadership to ensure best-in-class people practices, compliant operations, and a positive employee experience.You will be hands-on, people-focused, and able to balance strategic planning with operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all HR operations in Indonesia, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.Partner with the Country Director and regional HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals.Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and development.Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee records in partnership with Finance.Drive initiatives to strengthen culture, retention, and employee growth.What You Bring5+ years’ HR experience, ideally in startups, tech, or fast-growing companies.Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour law and HR best practices.Proven track record in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.Experience with HR systems, payroll, and analytics a strong plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about people and culture.
