As part of the Management Team, you’ll align HR initiatives with business goals, ensure compliance, and help shape a high-performance, inclusive culture.You’ll serve as a key advisor to leadership, supporting everything from workforce planning and employee development to performance and organizational effectiveness. You’ll collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition for recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment with DeRegt’s long-term talent needs.About The TeamYou’ll join a dynamic and forward-thinking Human Resources team at DeRegt. While based locally, your work will contribute directly to the broader strategic goals of Sercel. We are a small, agile unit focused on supporting business leaders, empowering employees, and driving continuous improvement in HR practices.
