The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting our business goals through effective people management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.Lead performance appraisal systems and oversee training and development programs.Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee well-being.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, payroll, etc.).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficient in HR software, MS Office, and HR analytics.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.A collaborative, innovation-driven culture.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
