Job Description

Accountabilities:Responsible for legal formalities related to residency and work permits, insurance, visas.Responsible for Administration logistics in terms of transportation, travel and Personnel services.Processing payroll/non payroll process on timely manner.Accountable for overtime requests and other Personnel documents necessary for the timely completion of payroll process.Responsible for all staff personnel records are properly archived and processed into HRIS.Make sure that all necessary personnel documentation is up-to-date.Coordinate with business to ensure that all training needs, requirements and queries are met in an effective manager.Manage and implement the orientation program for new recruits on a regular basis.Oversee all staff transfer and updating the records and files.Responsible for auditing all branches expenses and claims.Oversee job vacancies, announce them and source appropriate talent.Responsible for all HR issues concerning the (projects employees ,archiving ) such as salary attendance, hiring …Participate in setting, reviewing, and validating scorecard objectives to ensure quality in line with standards and maintain alignment to business plans.Adherence to all Information Security policies and standards to protect the Bank’s employees, assets, resources and data from illegal or damaging actions by individuals, either knowinglyJob Requirements Education: Degree from a recognized university. HR certification is preferred.Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Banking.Competencies:Very good in English & Arabic.Good Interpersonal & presentation skills.Good communication skills.Sound knowledge of MS Office applicationsExcellent interpersonal skillsProactive team playerService oriented
