Also responsible of all areas of recruitment to ensure the suitable employment of individuals for vacant positions in the company. Responsibilities:Recruitment:Assist in the recruitment and on-boarding process, including preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting initial screenings & HR interviewsSet up consistent written and online tests for applicants to understand the candidates’ analytical and language skillsMaintain accurate records of candidate profilesHandle the employee on-boarding process to ensure the integration of new employeesHR Administration: Update and maintain employee records and ensure all HR-related documentation is accurate and up-to-dateMaintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and other relevant dataCoordinate with the insurance companies on all employees’ related issuesAssist in planning and executing all social activities and events related to employeesPrepare the HR metrics, reports and maintain an HR DashboardPerform the clearance of resigning employeesAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.Support the payroll processHandle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.Assist in performance management for the employee evaluation processesCoordinate the delivery of training and development programs to the employees Qualifications:Education:BS in Business Management, HR, Psychology or any related fields5+ years of HR experience in UAEKnowledge and experience in UAE labor lawComputer literate with good MS Office skillsExcellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organization and externallyExcellent communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
