Juara Holding Group aims to promote local pride and support the development of local communities in each tourism destination.Position ObjectiveImplement comprehensive HR operational functions, including employee administration, recruitment, and people culture development, to ensure the entire team operates effectively, coordinated, and is oriented toward high performance and engagement. Direct report to the Head of HR.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other relevant fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Officer or HR Generalist role with a strong track record.Proficient in English (spoken, written, and listening), minimum conversation level.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS tools.Excellent communication, empathy, and organisational skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentReady to work full-time from the Bali officeKey TraitsIntegrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.People-oriented and supportive team player.Strong initiative and problem-solving mindset.Resilience and the ability to work well under pressure.Passionate about culture-building and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesHR OperationsManage employee attendance, leave, and contract administration.Prepare HR documents (PKWT, warning letters, extensions, etc.).Maintain HR databases and support payroll preparation.Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies.RecruitmentHandle full-cycle recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers.Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs.Support employer branding through digital platforms.People & CultureAssist in organising employee engagement and team-building activities.Monitor workplace climate and support culture development programs.Help implement performance reviews and feedback sessions.Promote Juara’s core values in daily interactions.Why Join Us?At Juara Holding Group, you’ll be part of a dynamic team passionate about promoting Indonesian tourism and creativity.
