On behalf of our client, a real estate company, we are looking for a HR Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Assists with the recruitment process and coordination of candidate communicationsMaintains and updates employee records, contracts, and HR databasesSupports the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with Cyprus employment lawPlans, organizes, and manages company events and employee engagement activities to strengthen team culture and moraleSupports the Operations Director with performance reviews, training coordination, and employee development activitiesEnsures compliance with local labour regulations and internal policiesContributes to HR reporting, data collection, and continuous process improvementJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role (industry experience not required)Knowledge of Cyprus employment law and HR best practices is an advantageExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR systemsFluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)Proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with a strong sense of professionalismBenefits:An attractive remuneration packageAnnual Bonus compensation based on performanceSport Benefit MembershipProfessional development opportunitiesA rewarding Employee Referral Program Flexible working hoursAll CVs will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
