This role manages the full employee lifecycle—including offers, onboarding, performance management, and separations—while ensuring compliance, consistency, and high-quality communication. The HR & Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities1. Employee Lifecycle ManagementOversee the preparation, communication, and administration of all employment offers.Manage separation processes, ensuring timely communication, accurate paperwork, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.2. Performance ManagementLead the performance management process, including performance reviews, improvement plans, and ongoing coaching strategies.Monitor employee performance trends and collaborate with leadership to identify and resolve performance-related issues.Support managers in addressing employee concerns and applying consistent performance standards.3. HR Operations OversightSupervise all HR operational activities including maintaining employee records, HR systems, and compliance documentation.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that support organizational goals.Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal standards.4. Employee Relations & SupportServe as a trusted resource for employees and managers by addressing concerns, providing guidance, and promoting a positive work environment.Facilitate conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective actions when necessary.5. Operational Support & CoordinationCollaborate with the leadership team to support organizational planning and operational improvements.Assist with workforce planning, staffing needs, and departmental coordination to ensure operations run smoothly.Review and optimize operational workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in HR management, operations management, or related roles.Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and performance management techniques.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing complex HR issues.Key CompetenciesLeadership & accountabilityStrategic thinkingClear and professional communicationConflict resolutionOperational efficiency and process improvementRelationship buildingAttention to detail
