We are thrilled to be partnering with a visionary, design-centric client to appoint a pivotal lead to their high-performing team: a Group Human Resources (HR) Operations Manager (circa. $80-90k annual base). This is more than just a people management role; it's an opportunity to become the architectural backbone of a people function for a company on a rapid growth trajectory. Having delivered exceptional performance, the organisation shows no signs of slowing down and is now seeking a solutions-driven professional to ensure their operational foundation is as innovative as their products.About the RoleBased in Singapore, you will be entrusted with the mandate to streamline and own the entire employee lifecycle process. You will be the crucial link between the company's strategic vision and operational excellence, ensuring the global team is supported, compliant, and empowered to do their best work.Your key responsibilities will include:Leading and developing a team of four, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and consistent service delivery across all regions.Owning end-to-end people operations, from onboarding to offboarding, payroll etc. while ensuring 100% compliance with local labour laws in key international markets.Championing the evolution of HR systems, leveraging data and analytics to drive efficiency, inform strategic decisions, and enhance the employee journey.Partnering closely with leadership to translate ambitious business objectives into practical, people-centric policies and programs.The Ideal CandidateYou are a seasoned HR Operations professional with at least 8 years of progressive experience, including a strong grasp of employment laws within and beyond the APAC region. A proven track record of managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports—both on-site and remotely—is essential. What will truly distinguish you is your data-driven and process-oriented mindset.
