Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Operations Manager to lead and optimize our HR operational processes. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of HR services, compliance, and employee experience across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, etc.)Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policiesOversee HR systems and data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting and analyticsPartner with Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions to deliver integrated people solutionsManage vendor relationships related to HR services (e.g., payroll, benefits, mobility)Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experienceSupport audits and risk management activities related to HR operationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in financial services or regulated industriesStrong understanding of Indonesian labor lawExperience with HRIS systems and data analytics, Specifically workdayExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple prioritiesOnly selected candidates will be contacted.
