Job Summary:Responsible for preparing and processing employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and maintaining confidentiality of all payroll information.Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly payroll and verify attendance and deductions.Update employee data in HR systems (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad).Calculate allowances, deductions, end-of-service, and benefits.Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation.Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and GOSI regulations.Handle employee inquiries related to salaries and payments.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. 2-4 years of experience in payroll or HR operations.Good knowledge of Saudi labor and GOSI systems.Proficiency in Excel and HR platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI).High attention to detail and confidentiality.
