Job Title – Talent and Recruiting Transformation Project ManagerLocation – Chicago, IL, USA – HybridEmployment Type – ContractAbout the RoleWe are seeking a HRMS Project Manager to join our client The successful candidate will manage the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition workstreams within a major multi-year Oracle HCM transformation program, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones, process design, and implementation activities.Key Responsibilities• Serve as HR Project Manager for Talent and Recruiting workstreams, ensuring alignment with program timelines• Prepare and maintain integrated project plans, risk logs, and tracking documentation• Lead process mapping and experience design to support optimized talent workflows• Support delivery of modules including Talent Management and Talent Acquisition• Coordinate dependencies with other workstreams such as Core HR and Compensation• Develop stakeholder communication and engagement materials to support adoption• Monitor key performance indicators and transformation success metrics• Support testing cycles and implementation activities across program phasesMandatory Skills & Qualifications• 5+ years of HR transformation and/or project management experience• Experience leading HR system or process modernization initiatives• Knowledge of Talent Management and Recruiting best practices and systems• Familiarity with project tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet• Ability to manage change activities including communication and stakeholder alignment• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Skills• Experience in large, complex, global organizations• Hands-on experience with Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, or ATS platforms• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesWhy Join Us• Work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment• Professional growth opportunities and training support• Inclusive, equitable, and respectful workplace cultureAbout NetworkPediaNetworkPedia is a certified women-owned technology and talent solutions company, providing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services, and specialized recruitment across North Americas and beyond.
