Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers in Bangkok to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.Manage end-to-end recruitment process for executive and senior-level roles, from sourcing to offer management.Source, identify, and engage passive candidates through various platforms and networking.Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.Coordinate interview processes and provide guidance to stakeholders for a smooth candidate experience.Maintain accurate recruitment reports and market intelligence on Bangkok hiring trends.Build long-term candidate pipelines for critical and leadership positions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to executive or specialized hiring.Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.Fluency in English & Thai (both written and spoken).Familiarity with modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking).Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience working in local Bangkok recruitment with knowledge of the Thai talent market.Strong networking skills with ability to engage passive candidates effectively.Cultural awareness and adaptability when working with cross-functional teams.
