Job Description

Job Title: HR and Operations LeadOverview:The Human Resource and Operations Lead will oversee all HR functions across the Artemis Healthcare clinic network and provide direct administrative and operational support to the President. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented professional capable of managing HR processes while assisting in daily executive coordination, project follow-ups, and strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, performance management, and employee relations.• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational goals.• Support clinic leaders and managers in manpower planning, talent management, and workforce engagement.• Assist the President with daily operations, including scheduling, preparation of reports, meeting follow-ups, and tracking of key action items.• Coordinate cross-functional communication across departments and clinics to ensure smooth operational flow.• Participate in strategic planning meetings and assist in executing corporate initiatives.• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR and business information.• Serve as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field.• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site operations.• Strong knowledge of HR laws, best practices, and organizational development.• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.• Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under minimal supervision.• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.Work Location:HQ Office with occasional travel to clinic sites.Reporting:Reports directly to the President.
