We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate is organized, empathetic, and passionate about creating a positive work culture while ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer rollout.Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.Support payroll processing and benefits administration.Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution with confidentiality and professionalism.Plan and execute engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives to build a strong company culture.Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and workforce planning.Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.2+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency with HR tools such as BambooHR, Zoho People, Freshteam, or Excel.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
