As we are expanding our operations in Morocco, we are looking for an experienced HR Specialist.About the roleThe HR Specialist will oversee all HR activities for Coleo’s Moroccan operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is critical for building a strong organizational culture and supporting business growth in the region, reporting into Corporate HR in Spain.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end hiring processes and ensure smooth integration of new employees.Employee Relations: Act as the main HR contact, fostering a positive work environment and resolving employee issues promptly.Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure full adherence to Moroccan labor regulations and maintain accurate HR documentation.Performance & Policy Management: Implement HR policies and support managers in performance evaluations.HR Reporting & Coordination: Provide regular HR reports and align local practices with corporate standards.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the textile sector.Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Tech savvy – strong knowledge of MS Office, Teams and Employee Management Systems (e.g. Factorial)Proficiency in Arabic and at least one of the following: French, Spanish or English.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to be part of a growing international company.Professional development and career growth.
