With a presence in multiple European countries and a commitment to innovation and transparency, we are growing—and we’re looking for a proactive HR Specialist to join our teamYour Impact: Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is centered on managing complex HR Operations, ensuring international compliance, and being the internal owner of our new HR technology stack.1. International HR Operations & Technology Lead (Deel Focus)Deel Platform Ownership: Become the internal expert for the Deel platform, leading its setup, configuration, and ongoing administration for both EOR (Employee of Record) and non-EOR contracts.EOR Management: Act as the primary point of contact with Deel to seamlessly onboard new international employees, manage contracts, and ensure EOR compliance across relevant European countries.Payroll & Expenses: Oversee and coordinate accurate and timely monthly payroll, time tracking, and travel expense reporting across various European countries, utilizing and managing data directly within Deel.HR Administration: Maintain accurate and confidential digital personnel records and contribute to building and refining scalable HR processes and policies.2. Austrian Compliance & Contract ManagementProvide expert guidance and ensure full compliance with Austrian labour law and collective agreements.Draft, revise, and manage employment contracts, amendments, and related legal documentation for all employment levels within Austria.Support compliance with labour regulations in other European countries in close coordination with our legal partners and Deel's expertise.3. Talent Acquisition & Culture ContributionRecruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process—from planning and engaging job advertisements to conducting interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Onboarding: Design and execute a streamlined, effective onboarding and offboarding process for all employees.Culture Contribution: Actively contribute to establishing open communication channels, organizing internal team events, and promoting the company's values to strengthen team cohesion and employee engagement.Organizational Development: Help co-create and implement key HR initiatives like a structured bonus/incentive system.Your Profile:Core Expertise: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Austrian labour law and collective agreements is mandatory.Proven HR Foundation: Completed education in HR, Payroll Accounting, or HR Management.HR Tech Savviness: Experience with HRIS/payroll tools and a strong willingness/ability to quickly master new platforms (especially Deel or similar EOR/payroll systems).International Mindset: Experience or willingness to rapidly grow expertise in labour law and employment practices across multiple European countries (EOR exposure is a strong plus).Bilingual Communication: Excellent command of both German and English (written and spoken) is required.Key Traits: Highly organized, proactive, and independent working style. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a market-aligned and competitive salary that may significantly exceed this minimum.
