With multiple branches across the city, it continues to expand its footprint while maintaining a vibrant and passionate work culture.Job SummaryThe HR Specialist will handle personnel and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role includes managing social and medical insurance processes, employee documentation, attendance monitoring, and maintaining accurate HR records to support smooth daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all dealings with social and medical insurance authorities, including registration, updates, and cancellations.Prepare, collect, and archive employees’ hiring and termination documents in an organized manner.Monitor employees’ attendance, leaves, and fingerprint records daily.Maintain updated HR reports related to attendance, leaves, and headcount.Communicate regularly with employees regarding attendance and leave balances.Ensure all employee data and personnel files are accurate and complete.Ensure full compliance with labor and social insurance laws.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the F&B industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Solid understanding of Egyptian labor law, social, and medical insurance regulations.Familiarity with attendance and leave management systems.Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).English: GoodAny related HR certifications are a plus.
