Role Description This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist, based on-site at our Simpang Ampat location. The role involves managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits administration, and supporting personnel management activities. The Human Resources Specialist will contribute to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR PoliciesExperience in Employee Benefits administration and handling Personnel ManagementExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldFamiliarity with local labor laws and HR best practicesProficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
