As we prepare to scale across regions, we are building a passionate, innovative team that thrives on solving real-world mobility challenges.Position OverviewThe HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Pocketride’s people operations, compliance, and employee experience. This role involves managing core HR functions, assisting with engagement and performance programs, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment standards. The ideal candidate will have more than one year of HR experience and a proactive approach to improving processes and supporting cross-functional teams. Experience managing or mentoring a small team will be considered an asset.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead and support employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and retention.Coordinate performance management activities including feedback cycles, goal tracking, and evaluation documentation.Assist in identifying training needs and implementing learning and development programs across teams.Monitor compliance with employment laws, workplace standards, and internal HR policies.Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate employee documentation and prepare HR reports for leadership.Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and administrative coordination.Partner with management to identify and mitigate organizational risks and promote a positive work environment.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about people, culture, and process improvement.
