If yes, then read on...The HR Specialist serves as a key support role within the Human Resources function, contributing to the effective coordination and execution of HR operations. This position is responsible for ensuring consistency and efficiency in administrative processes that support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational alignment. The HR Specialist works closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, maintain accurate records, and support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.The role requires a high level of organization, sound judgment, and attention to detail, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs. Through collaboration and operational support, the HR Specialist helps sustain a structured and responsive HR environment that aligns with broader organizational goals.Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pmIn this position, you willExecutive & Leadership Support: Manage the CHRO’s calendar and provide weekly administrative assistance, ensuring timely coordination of meetings, priorities, and strategic engagements.Reporting & Strategic Alignment: Prepare the Monthly Executive Insights Report (President’s Report) and support tracking of HR goals/achievements to align departmental efforts with organizational objectives.HR Team & Communication Coordination: Organize quarterly HR team meetings and facilitate internal communications to promote collaboration, transparency, and consistency across HR functions.Vendor & Consultant Management: Oversee onboarding and coordination of external vendors/consultants, ensuring timely documentation, scheduling, and relationship support.Candidate & Executive Logistics: Coordinate travel and relocation logistics for candidates and executives, including hotel accommodations, flights, meals, and personalized “white glove” services such as welcome baskets, dedicated support, and seamless transportation to ensure a high-touch experience.Operational Support & Systems Testing: Maintain key HR reports such as exit surveys and open position tracking, conduct background checks, and participate in Workday release testing for Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner functions.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelors: Business Administration, Bachelors: Human Resource Administration, Bachelors (Required)Any equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required
