Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Tremblay-en-France. The Human Resources Specialist will manage HR policies and procedures, oversee employee benefits and personnel administration, and contribute to overall HR management. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining compliance with French labor laws, conducting onboarding activities, and resolving employee inquiries. The role also involves supporting strategic HR initiatives to enhance workplace morale and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including HR management and workforce planningExperience with HR policies, compliance, and ensuring alignment with labor regulationsKnowledge of employee benefits and administering personnel management systemsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldCertifications in HR or labor law are a plusFluency in French and English preferred
