Human Resources Specialist

This is an associate-level position which requires a collaborative mindset and a willingness to take on a variety of projects as they arise.Key Responsibilities:Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, system setup, and orientation coordinationManage offboarding procedures, including final pay, benefits wrap-up, and exit documentationFacilitate benefits enrollment and respond to employee benefit inquiriesMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the payroll systemsServe as a liaison between hiring managers and DOT consultants to ensure the proper paperwork is completed to ensure DOT compliance.Work closely with the accounting team to validate payroll general ledger account balances each monthCollaborating with other departments on cross-functional projects and HR initiativesQualifications:Prior experience in human resources Proficiency in payroll software systems, ADP Workforce Now, is a PLUSExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with discretionTeam-oriented with a flexible, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skillsMust have advanced skills with Microsoft 365, with strong knowledge of ExcelThis position offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits and long-term career growth opportunities!
