Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality talent.Drive employee relations by resolving issues, promoting engagement, and supporting a positive work culture.Manage performance processes, KPIs, appraisals, and employee development follow-ups.Ensure strict compliance with Tanzanian labor laws, HR policies, and audit requirements.Maintain accurate employee data, contracts, files, and HRIS records.Support payroll processing, leave management, benefits administration, and disciplinary procedures.Conduct HR training sessions, staff orientation, and compliance awareness programs.Prepare and present HR reports to management, including turnover, recruitment, and performance metrics.Support organizational change initiatives and continuous HR process improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.Minimum 3–5 years proven HR experience in a busy corporate environment.Strong understanding of Labour Laws of Tanzania and HR best practices.Experience using HRIS systems, recruitment platforms, and MS Office.
