Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a driven Human Resources Specialist to join our team, responsible for attracting top talent to our company and ensuring a seamless employee experience. You will play a key role in executing the talent strategy and developing initiatives of our employee journey. This position demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive talent excellence and align human capital with our business objectives. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm CETResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from tailoring the role profile to sourcing candidates, evaluating candidate profiles, conducting interviews and finalizing the job offer.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee data while managing the full onboarding lifecycle for new employees. Ensure timely and efficient hiring while maintaining high standards of quality and policy compliance. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to enhance the candidate pipeline. Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events. QualificationsExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written is a must. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with external and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Good command of MS Office and familiarity with employee data and metrics. Previous experience in Human Resources or a similar administrative role is a plus. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with preference for Social Sciences or a related discipline.
